Alaska Clean Water Action

Alaska Clean Water Actions (ACWA) was created to encourage resource agencies to work together to characterize Alaska's waters in a holistic manner; sharing data, expertise and other information. Three state resource agencies work together to implement the program, the Departments of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Fish and Game and Natural Resources. Alaska Sustainable Salmon Fund

The Alaska Sustainable Salmon Fund is comprised of Alaska's allocation of funds from the federal Pacific Coast Salmon Recovery Fund (Fund). The Fund was established by congress to protect, restore and conserve Pacific salmon and steelhead populations and their habitats.
