Requesting a Wildlife Safety Presentation in Anchorage

The Division of Wildlife Conservation's education specialist in Anchorage will provide wildlife safety presentations to area schools and other community groups as staffing allows. Please complete the form below to request a presentation, and a staff person will be in touch with you to finalize the details.

  • Cost — Free
  • Program Length — Varies based on the group, but is typically between 45 min and 1.5 hrs
  • How to Participate — Sign up using the registration form below. Please read about some changes we have made in our programming before registering.
    • School Groups — Due to an increase in popularity and a desire to ensure that educators can reach everyone who requests a program, we now primarily offer assembly-style presentations. Please help us coordinate with your school, so we can help Alaska students learn about wildlife safety.
    • Community Groups — We will try our best to work with you to accommodate your needs. Please recognize the need to be flexible and whenever possible, attend regularly scheduled wildlife safety presentations offered at various public venues.

Lower Elementary (grades K-2, maximum 125 students)
Upper Elementary (grades 3-5, maximum 225 students)
Middle School (grades 6-8, maximum 125 students)
High School (grades 9-12, maximum 125 students)


*School presentations are offered from April to May
