Liability Relinquishment

All participants must agree to this release. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury or illness during this activity. I acknowledge there are risks of physical injury or illness during this activity. I acknowledge there are risks of physical injury to Hunter Information and Training clinic participants and I agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity, which I may sustain as a result of participating in activities connected or associated with this program. I waive and relinquish all claims that I, my insurer or my family may have against Hunter Information and Training clinics and their officers, agents, servants and employees from claims from injuries, damages, or loss which I may have or which accrue to me on account of my participation in the above program. Applicant is at least 18 years of age (or will be prior to the starting date of the event).

Refund Policy

When you click "Submit Registration" you are agreeing to these terms.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the workshop shall receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee. However, if the class fee is $15 or less no refund will be paid.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to workshop will be refunded 50% of the workshop fee. However, if the class fee is $30 or less no refund will be paid.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to workshop will not be refunded.

Submit Registration

Click "Submit Registration" to submit your application. You will receive a confirmation email and be provided a link to pay online to our partnership organization, the Outdoor Heritage Foundation of Alaska. Classes are filled in the order in which registration is received. Enrollment confirmation will be sent via email including the amount owed if applicable. When a class is full, we will add names to a waiting list and notify individuals if space should become available.
