Southeast Water Temperatures

Temperature data loggers (HOBO® temp logger model H8) are installed in several index streams and lakes to provide long-term information on temperature trends. The temperature loggers are typically installed during the first trip to each system in one year and retrieved with replacements during the first trip of the next. The temperature loggers are programmed to record and store temperatures every 2 hours. (Note: Extreme high and low temperatures shown for some systems are likely representative of air exposure during dewatering events.)
