Reporting Requirements

  • Successful Hunters
    • Report in person or by phone (246-3340) to King Salmon ADF&G within 10 days of take.
    • Specimens Required: None
  • Unsuccessful Hunters
    Report by mail within 15 days of season end.
  • Internet Reporting
    If you did not hunt, you may report online at http://www.hunt.alaska.gov

Hunting Conditions

Hunters must posses a valid hunting license prior to hunting, and all hunters are required to return their hunt report.

Legal animal is one bull Aug 1 - Sept 30; Either sex Nov 15 - Mar 15

Successful hunters are required to report in person or by telephone to King Salmon ADF&G within 10 days of take.

If unsuccessful, report by telephone or mail within 15 days of close of season.

Season may be closed by Emergency Order (EO) prior to end of the season. Call King Salmon for hunt status. EO information can also be viewed online at http://hunt.alaska.gov/.
Only three Tier II caribou permits per household.
