Use of aircraft for access to hunt sheep and transport harvested sheep is prohibited except in and out of Arctic Village and
Kaktovik airports. Use a general sheep harvest ticket to hunt sheep outside this area.

7) PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO REPORT:
If you fail to report, you will not be eligible to receive any permits (Drawing, Targeted, Tier II, or Registration, including Tier I
Nelchina Caribou) during the next regulatory year. In addition, your name will be turned over to the Alaska Wildlife Troopers for
