Beluga Stranding Reporting Quiz

This quiz is composed of 20 questions. A passing grade is 15 or more correct answers.

This quiz will help you understand the value of public stranding reports for Cook Inlet beluga whales. It will also detail the status of Cook Inlet beluga whales and the regulations regarding safe aircraft and vessel operation around marine mammals. The information collected from stranded Cook Inlet beluga whales may help determine what is affecting the population and ultimately lead to its recovery.

Prior to taking the quiz, please review the Beluga Stranding Reporter Training. The training will take approximately    10 minutes to review, and the first 500 individuals to complete the quiz will receive a flight suit patch from ADF&G.
