Community Subsistence Harvest Reports
The intent of the Household Report is to provide information to aid coordinators in preparing the Coordinator Report. As such, CSH group coordinators are instructed to make their best effort to obtain Household Reports from each of the households participating in their group. CSH group coordinators should also complete a Household Report specific to their own household. Upon the conclusion of the hunting seasons, coordinators are asked to return all collected CSH Household Reports to the Glennallen ADF&G office, along with the required CSH Coordinator Reports.
