Successful Hunters
- Must return the completed hunt report and horns to ADF&G in Douglas or Haines, or to the Skagway Police Dept., within 5 days of kill.
- Specimens Required: Horns for measuring (must be attached to the skull plate)

Unsuccessful Hunters
Must return the completed hunt report to ADF&G, or report online at hunt.alaska.gov, within 15 days of close of season. -

Hunting Conditions
This permit is valid for taking one mountain goat in Unit 1D covered by Registration Hunts RG023/024/026 in accordance with the current Alaska Hunting Regulations and conditions described below:
1. Hunters must successfully complete online goat quiz to obtain this permit; see www.quiz.adfg.alaska.gov
2. Hunt areas
RG023: Unit 1D, that portion of the northwest saddle of Tukgahgo Mt. east of the Chilkat River, south of the Canadian Border and south and west of the Ferebee River and
Glacier to Lutak Inlet, excluding that portion of the Takshanuk Range north of the mouth of Goat Hollow east to Assignation Pass
RG024: Unit 1D, that portion between the Ferebee River and Glacier and Taiya River and Inlet, and between the White Pass and Yukon Railroad and the Katzehin River
RG024: Unit 1D, that portion between Taiya Inlet and River and the White Pass and Yukon Railroad (archery only)
RG026: Unit 1D remainder.
3. Season dates
RG023: September 15 - November 15
RG024: September 15 - November 30
RG026: August 1 - December 31
4. Legal animal: One goat of either sex; the taking of nannies with kids is prohibited.
5. Successful hunters must return the completed hunt report and submit goat horns for age and sex identification to ADF&G in Douglas or Haines, or to the Skagway Police Dept., within 5 days of kill.
6. Unsuccessful hunters and permittees who did not hunt must return the completed hunt report to ADF&G, or report online at http://hunt.alaska.gov, within 15 days of close of season. If you fail to report, you will not be eligible to receive any permits the next regulatory year. In addition, your name may be forwarded to the Alaska Wildlife Troopers for enforcement action.
