Orientation
You are required to participate in a bison hunter orientation course before you hunt. There are two options for completing the orientation — in-person or online. You are currently viewing the online orientation. To complete the online orientation, simply continue reading these web pages and finalize it with the Bison Hunter Orientation quiz at the end.
We encourage you to attend the in-person orientation at the Delta Junction Alaska Department of Fish and Game office. The in-person orientation is more thorough and provides the opportunity for interaction with ADF&G staff. Please call our office at 907-895-4484 for a list of scheduled classes. We also encourage you to call or stop by our office at any time to discuss bison hunting.
