Lesser Yellowlegs (Tringa flavipes)

Lesser Yellowlegs are hunted in their nonbreeding grounds in South America, primarily in Brazil, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, and Barbados during their southward fall migration. They used to be hunted in North America too, but this has since been limited to indigenous communities only.
