Reporting Requirements

Successful Hunters
- Within 3 days of kill, you must report in person with required specimens to ADF&G in Haines.
- Specimens Required: Lower front teeth (on 5-inch section of jaw), and antlers (attached to the skull plate)

Unsuccessful Hunters
Within 15 days of the close of season, you must submit a completed permit report to ADF&G or hunt.alaska.gov. -
Internet Reporting
If you hunted unsuccessfully or did not hunt, you may report online at http://hunt.alaska.gov
Additional Requirements and Information
- Only one Tier II moose permit per household.
