Additional Requirements and Information

  • Hunt Area: Unit 26B east of the Dalton Highway. The hunt area includes a portion of the Dalton Highway Corridor Management Area (DHCMA). Muskox may be taken in the DHCMA by bow and arrow only, and IBEP certification is required.
  • Requirements: Residents must purchase a metal locking-tag before hunting this nonsubsistence hunt. Successful hunters are required to turn in a 5-inch section of the lower jaw, and asked to bring in the entire head or to submit photos to ADF&G to determine age.
