Regulation reminders
- Sport fishing for king salmon is now closed throughout Bristol Bay.
Fresh waters
Silver Salmon
Naknek and Alagnak drainages:
- A few silvers have been reported and fishing is reported as fair. However, it is still early and fishing should improve this week.
Nushagak drainages.
- It is still early but fishing is reported as fair and should improve throughout this week.
Togiak River and nearby drainages:
- A few silvers have been reported but it is still early. Fishing should improve next week.
Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden, Arctic Grayling
Naknek and Alagnak drainages:
- Fishing is reported as fair to good for rainbow trout.
Togiak River and nearby drainages:
- Sport fishing for Dolly Varden, rainbow trout, and Arctic grayling should be fair to good.
Wood River Lakes system:
- Fishing is reported as good.
Northern Pike
Naknek and Alagnak drainages:
- Fishing is reported as fair.
Wood River Lake system:
- Fishing is fair along lake and slough shores and in shallow weedy bays.
Salt waters
Halibut
Nushagak Bay
- Fishing should be fair off the coast of Protection Point.
