Saltwater Fishing
King salmon harvest reports continue to be good and should continue to improve through the end of the month. Summer run silvers have moved into the area. Catch rates have picked up over the last week and should continue to improve through July.
Halibut harvest reports have increased and should continue be good throughout the summer. Anglers interested in checking out some historical harvest timing should click on the Marine Harvest Rates tab above.
Freshwater Fishing
Dolly Varden fishing along the roadside/shoreline should continue to improve as water temperatures warm and Dolly Varden migrate from overwintering lakes. Good opportunities for rainbow and cutthroat trout can still be found in numerous lakes and streams.
