Regulation Reminders

  • Sport fishing for king salmon is now closed throughout Bristol Bay.

Freshwaters

Silver Salmon

  • Naknek and Alagnak Drainages
    • A few cohos are being caught, but fishing is still reported as poor to fair. However, it is still early and fishing should improve next week.
  • Nushagak Drainage
    • Fishing is reported as fair and should improve next week.
  • Togiak River and Nearby Drainages
    • A few cohos have been reported but it is still early. Fishing should improve next week.

Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden, Arctic Grayling

  • Naknek and Alagnak Drainages
    • Fishing is reported as fair for rainbow trout.
  • Togiak River and Nearby Drainages
    • Fishing is reported as fair to good.
  • Wood River Lakes System
    • Fishing is reported as good for rainbows, Dollies, and grayling.

Northern Pike

  • Naknek and Alagnak Drainages
    • Fishing should remain fair.
  • Wood River Lake System
    • Fishing is fair along lake and slough shores and in shallow weedy bays.

Saltwaters

Halibut

  • Nushagak Bay
    • Fishing should be fair off the coast of Protection Point.
