(Soldotna) - The Alaska Department of Fish & Game (ADF&G), Division of Sport Fish, Soldotna Office is proposing to add John Hedberg Lake located in North Kenai at approximately milepost 23 of the Kenai Spur Highway to the Statewide Stocking Program. ADF&G is proposing to stock John Hedberg Lake with 700 catchable-sized rainbow trout in 2021 and approximately 1,000 rainbow trout fingerlings annually beginning in 2022.
