(Kodiak) - As part of a study on acoustic telemetry system performance, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Commercial Fisheries Division, has deployed 15 moorings in Anton Larsen Bay near Kodiak. The array is located at the head of the bay, east of the dock and boat ramp. Boaters are advised to note the array’s location and use caution if fishing or anchoring nearby. The moorings are expected to remain submerged until mid March 2026, however, if any surface floats become visible, please contact project biologist Andy Nault at (907) 486-1891.
