All freshwater of the Kenai Peninsula bounded on the north by Turnagain Arm including the Seattle and Sixmile Creek drainages; on the west by Cook Inlet; on the east by the Placer River drainage, and the waters flowing into the Gulf of Alaska west of Gore Point.
