Comments: Currently in the AWC, the upper reach of this waterway ends in the parking lot of the Totem Motel in Valdez. I propose this be changed to 61.128767, -146.344717. This point is the the downstream side of the culvert that runs under the parking lot. No light can bee seen through this culvert and it most likely runs to a drain cover along Kobuk drive. Picture attached. 4 sculpin were present in the creek near the culvert. It is most likely that this Seepage Creek is only tidally/seasonally anadromous.
