Comments: This information was gathered as part of the joint reconnaissance level project between the ADF&G Habitat Division and the Fish Passage Assessment Project on Adak Island. Due to time constraints full site assessments were not conducted, but base line information was collected. C2 is completely blocked all flow being pushed into C1. 100's of pinks (alive and carcasses) observed upstream and downstream of culverts.

Comments: All flow being pushed into this culvert. Outfall height greater than 0.40'. Culvert length estimated using aerial imagery. Culvert is starting to separate.
