Comments: This information was gathered as part of the joint reconnaissance level project between the ADF&G Habitat Division and the Fish Passage Assessment Project on Adak Island. Due to time constraints full site assessments were not conducted, but base line information was collected. Low Head wooden dam about 70 feet upstream from inlets. Fish observed surfacing upstream above dam. Dolly Varden char and rainbow trout caught upstream above dam and below crossing. Site is upstream from C157 which has a 25' waterfall barrier. Habitat upstream and downstream of this crossing looks very high quality. The downstream portion of this creek below the waterfall barrier has been nominated to the AWC for pink salmon spawning.
