Site Comments: Leone Lake outlet, site is above documented anadromy and there are signifcant barrier falls downstream. Leone Lake dam directly upstream. Site C153 about 500 feet downstream.

Comments: This information was gathered as part of the joint reconnaissance level project between the ADF&G Habitat Division and the Fish Passage Assessment Project on Adak Island. Due to time constraints full site assessments were not conducted, but base line information was collected. Leone Lake dam is directly upstream from site. Barrier falls directly downstream of culvert and beyond lower culvert. Dolly Varden caught downstream of site.
