Comments: This information was gathered as part of the joint reconnaissance level project between the ADF&G's Habitat Division and the Fish Passage Assessment Project on Adak Island. Due to time constraints full site assessments were not conducted, but base line information was collected. Concrete pillow headwalls at inlet and outlet. Outlet headwall is being undercut. Both culverts perched at low tide. Upstream gradient barrier identified and marked.

Comments: Culvert is perched at low tide. Culvert invert has rusted away. Culverts show major deteriroation from saltwater exposure. Outlet head wall being undercut.
