  1. Inlet perch

Comments: This information was gathered as part of the joint reconnaissance level project between the ADF&G Habitat Division and the Fish Passage Assessment Project on Adak Island. Due to time constraints full site assessments were not conducted, but base line information was collected. Site is next to an old fuel tank containment area and looks like it was installed to provide support for the pad. There is no road or crossing over top of culvert.

Comments: Inlet and outlet both have attached flares. Some sediement in culvert and flares. Sediement accumulation at inlet causing a small inlet perch.
