Comments: This information was gathered as part of the joint reconnaissance level project between the ADF&G Habitat Division and the Fish Passage Assessment Project on Adak Island. Due to time constraints full site assessments were not conducted, but base line information was collected. Pink salmon observed upstream and downstream of culvert.

Comments: Noticible deterioration inside of culvert at outlet. Large pieces of the culvert wall have rusted away. Outlet does have accumulated large substrate. Gradient does look to be an issue with this culvert and is most likely red. Adult pinks were observed swimming up culvert, but there is a low water depth issue near inlet.
