Comments: This information was gathered as part of the joint reconnaissance level project between the ADF&G Habitat Division and the Fish Passage Assessment Project on Adak Island. Due to time constraints full site assessments were not conducted, but base line information was collected. Creek empties into Andrew Lake downstream. Dolly Varden char trapped upstream.

Comments: Old wooden box culvert. Wood shows signs of a lot of deterioration especially at the inverts. Unsure if this is a three-sided bridge culvert or if there is or was a bottom to it. Inlet perch just upstream at end of wing-walls.
