Stocking Notes: Stocking access is the same as public access.
Farmer Lake was first stocked by ADFG in 1986 with Arctic grayling (GR) fingerling then stocked again with GR from in 1987, 1990, and 1991. Combination GR and rainbow trout (RT) plants began in 1993.
Arctic grayling stocking has not provided a viable fishery, due to a large population of threespine stickleback, so grayling have since been dropped from the stocking plan.
No fish were captured during June 2002 sampling.
Sampling in 2006 indicated an excellent population of RT up to 14”.
