Species Previously Stocked: Arctic grayling, coho salmon, rainbow trout
Stocking Access: airplane
Stocking Notes: 9,000 SS & 10,000 RT fingerlings per 2006 FDS. SS stockings were reduced to 5,500 in the 2015 SSP to fit fish in one flight. In April 2015 anglers reported a decline in the RT fishery. GR stocking was suspended in the 2016 SSP per Cal's 7-2016 comments, 10/2016 discussion AB and Klaus, and public input. RT stocking request increased (20,000) in 2016 SSP. Keep RT stockings at 10,000 per AMB (10/26/2016), this level of stocking appears to produce desired size composition and catch/harvest rates trending much lower than 10-20 years ago. Management category changed from Conservative to Regional at 2019 BOF meeting. Reduce SS from 5,500 to 2,750 per 2023 sampling.
