Stocking Notes: 1995 lake trout stocking was for an eyed egg to fry survival study. Stockings were reduced form 12,000 to 6,000 fingerling RT on alternate years in 2004. 6,000 RT per 2005 FDS numbers. Management category was changed from Special to Regional in 2013 due to poor fishery performance. RT reduced in 2015 SSP due to poor fishery performance in 2014 per 10/28/2014 meeting, not comparing to Regional criteria here. Stockings should remain at 6,000 on alternate years – 4/25/2016. Add 500 LT in 2022 SSP per 10/2021 mtg and AMBs. Reduce LT from 500 to 400 per AMB 10/2022. Increase RT from 6,000 to 8,000-9,000 in 2027 SSP (when stocking LT) per 2026 sampling.
