Comments: Site replaced 2017. FH17-III-0046. Site information and photos submitted by Chelsea Clawson HB, ADF&G. Site needs to be reassessed, but was replaced with a fish passage culvert.

Comments: Site measurments taken off of Habitat Permit and have not been verified. Culvert infill not speciifed, Culvert height is is from bottom of culvert not substrate. Cuvlert width 15.5 ft. Culvert height 7.25 ft. Culvert length 70ft.
