Comments: Site was replaced in 2013 and needs to be resurveyed. Two 3.5' diameter overflow pipes flank culvert to help take heavy flows.

Comments: Culvert measurements and slope taken from site plans and have not been verified by project staff. Plans call for 2 baffles in pipe placed at 3 feet and 10 feet from inlet. Plans also call for 2.4 feet of substrate which would be 20% of the culvert making it embedded. Culvert with 11.5 ft. Culvert height to top of substate 9.1 ft. Substrate depth 2.4ft. Culvert slope 2.4%. Culvert length 145 ft.
