Comments: Site submitted by ADFG HB Will Frost. A black plastic culvert has been installed above an old circular steel pipe. Old pipe inlet looks to be buried and not taking flow. Anadromous Dolly Varden observed trying to pass culvert. Juvenile Coho salmon captured downstream in minnow traps. Black plastic culvert looks like it was installed recently.
