Comments: All culvert measurements and slope taken from habitat permit and have not been verified. Original plans called for this culvert to have 3 feet of substrate thoughout barrel and have 1.5 foot baffles installed every 10 feet. Current photos show that the inlet invert has not substrate remaining. Culvert width 12 feet, culvert height 12 ft. Culvert length 100 ft. Culvert gradient 4.3%
