Comments: Basic culvert measurements and photos taken during site visit. Site needs full assessment. Ponded upstream. C2 taking most flow. C1 set higher. Both culvert have beaver excluders at the inlet. Both culvert appear to be blocked by a beaver dam and debris creating a fish passage barrier. C2 set lower and diagonally to the road. C2 outlet comes out farther downstream and lower than C1.
