Comments: **Updated site photos added from 9/22/16 site visit from 2016 Sampling Unmapped Streams in the MSB project.Fish sampling information is in AFFI.** Creek is steep both upstream and downstream from crossing. Marginal habitat upstream. No long profile done. Outfall heights are greater than 3 feet. Pipe gradients around 10% using range finder.
