Comments: Site updated and photos added from 9/20/16 site visit from Sampling Unmapped Streams in the MSB project. Upon inspection it was found that the culvert had been replaced since the 2009 assessment. Culvert has an outfall greater than 4 inches, site rated RED. Site marked for full reassessment.
