Comments: Post-replacement survey. Culvert is shiny and new, was recently replaced. Culvert appears embedded. Drove a stake 2.5 feet but did not hit bottom. Used top of pipe for pipe gradient due to being embedded. Water surface gradient through pipe 2.77%,
