Comments: A photo site survey was done on culvert on the Glenn Highway due to fact heavy traffic. Upst and dwst is a marsh with heavy aquatic vegetation. Water appeared flat through pipe and connected two shallow marsh areas. Could possibly be backwatered. Juvenile fish were observed upst.
