Survey KEN17-BLR01

Observers: Maggie Schaffer, Elise Idle

Overall Fish Passage Rating: Green

Tidal: No
Backwatered: No

Site Observations:

  1. Beaver Activity

Comments: Culvert information and assessment data collected and submitted by USFWS. Stream had a high amount of woody debris present. Beaver dam approximately 130 feet downstream. Small fish were present downstream, but none trapped. A significant amount of ATV disturbance was a present at the site including leftover wood in the stream from a makeshift bridge. Overflow pipe next to culvert. Upstream stream gradient short, but upstream and downstream seem to be comparable to culvert gradient. Water surface gradient through culvert 0.22%.
