Comments: Culvert information and photos submitted by Will Frost, ADFG, HB. Culvert was replaced as part the Seward Highway Phase I improvement project. Culvert replaced under fish habitat permit FH-17-II-0007. Culvert under railroad tracks just upstream. Culvert is tidally influenced and is perched at low tide.
