Observers: Louis Mitchell, Luke Violette, Mary Richardson

Overall Fish Passage Rating: Gray

Tidal: No
Backwatered: Maybe

Step Pools: No
Construction Year:

Site Observations:

  1. Constriction ratio red

Comments: KWFRES_17_22. Culvert assessment performed and submitted by Kenai Watershed Forum. Upstream stream gradient for stream #1 is 0.46% and for stream #2 is -0.03% or flat. Two streams come together directly upstream from culvert. Downstream OHW were used for Constriction. Water looks flat on both sides, no through culvert photo to verify and water surface elevations higly variable in survey, but site might be backwatered. Rated gray, but might be green if backwatered.
