Comments: KWFRES_17_19. Culvert Assessment submitted by Kenai Watershed Forum. Adult salmon observed, maybe sockeye?, downstream of culvert and eventually observed moving upstream through culvert. Dolly Varden char captured upstream.

Comments: Culvert extremely rusty, rust line very high. Deterioration of culvert documented. Culvert is protruding from cement headwall at both inverts.
