Observers: Jeff Sires, Luke Violette, Louis Mitchell

Overall Fish Passage Rating: Red

Tidal: No
Backwatered: No

Step Pools: No
Construction Year:

Site Observations:

  1. Outfall height gray
  2. Culvert gradient red
  3. Constriction ratio red
  4. Culvert is poorly aligned
  5. Inlet apron too steep
  6. Inlet perch

Comments: KWFRES_17_06. Culvert assessment and photographs submitted by Kenai Watershed Form. HJ at outlet looks similar to 2001 assessment photos. Constriction is a big issue at this site.
