Site Observations:

  1. Culvert is poorly aligned

Comments: Culvert assessment performed and submitted by the Copper River Watershed Project. Ponds upstream and downstream of culvert. Upstream a small channel parallels the highway on the southside of the east fork of 18 Mile Creek and flows into the upstream pond. The channel acts as a ditch drainage capturing hillside streams in between. Adult Coho use channel for spawning. Numerous juvenile Coho upstream and downstream of ponds.
