The Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G) is surveying anglers about their fishing experience while using select U.S. Forest Service public recreation cabins in Southeast Alaska during 2015. If you have received one of our very short surveys, please complete and return the enclosed survey, even if you didn’t fish, by using the preaddressed and postage-paid envelope provided with the mail survey.

We respect your privacy and your personal information will not be shared. Your response to this survey will remain strictly confidential; only summary information from all respondents will be published. Information about sport fishing at the Tongass National Forest public recreation cabins is important to the management of the fisheries resources. Your information and that of other anglers will help the ADF&G and the Forest Service work together to sustain your recreational fishing opportunities here in Southeast Alaska for generations to come.
