Reporting Requirements

  • Successful Hunters
    • Report in person to Homer, Soldotna, Anchorage, or Palmer within 10 days of kill.
    • Specimens Required: Antlers naturally attached to skull plate and 5-inch section of lower jaw with front teeth.
  • Unsuccessful Hunters
    Report by mail or in person to ADF&G within 15 days of season end.
  • Internet Reporting
    If you hunted unsuccessfully or did not hunt, you may report online at http://hunt.alaska.gov

Additional Requirements and Information

  • Attention Kenai Peninsula Moose Hunters: All hunters, including DM514 permit winners, must complete an online Moose Hunter Orientation on determining legal game animals before hunting moose in Units 7 or 15.
