- Report in person to Homer, Soldotna, Anc, or Palmer within 10 days of kill.
- Specimens Required: Antlers naturally attached to skull plate for measuring.

Additional Requirements and Information
- Hunt Area: that portion of Unit 15B bordered on the north by the Kenai River and Skilak Lake, on the east by Skilak River and Skilak Glacier, on the south by the Harding Icefield and on the west by Killey River and Killey Glacier.
- Access into Subunit 15B is difficult. Horses are generally necessary for a successful hunt. ATV's are not permitted in this area, and aircraft access is extremely limited.
