Mail-in License Applications

Below are forms you can print from your computer, fill out and send to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Please contact ADF&G Licensing if you have any questions. Incomplete applications will be returned. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. We accept Visa or MasterCard, personal checks or money orders made out to the State of Alaska. Please do not send cash.

Applications only available in person through local Fish and Game offices or by contacting the Fish and Game Licensing office are:
