    Unsuccessful hunters and those who did not hunt: Report online or by mail no later than March 31.

Hunting Conditions

1) WHEN: March 1 - March 15

2) WHERE: Unit 21(D), that portion south of the South bank of the Yukon River, downstream of the up-river entrance of Kala Slough and west of Kala Creek.

3) BAG LIMIT: One (1) moose. However, you may not take a cow accompanied by a calf. If you have harvested a moose anywhere in the state since July 1 you
may not participate in this hunt.

4) REPORTING:

Successful hunters: Report within 2 days of kill by a) report online (http://hunt.alaska.gov) or b) providing your name, hunt number, permit number, and hunt details by phone (907-459-7218) AND returning completed permit report card to the vendor that issued the permit or by mail.

Unsuccessful hunters and those who did not hunt: Report online or by mail no later than March 31.

5) SPECIMENS: None

6) REMEMBER: Meat must remain on the bone of the front quarters, hind quarters and ribs until the meat has been transported from the area or to the hunter's
home.

7) WHO QUALIFIES: ONLY Alaska residents who have not already harvested a moose anywhere in the state since July 1.

8) PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO REPORT: If you fail to report, you will not be eligible to receive any permits (Drawing, Targeted, Tier II, or Registration, including
Tier I Nelchina Caribou) during the next regulatory year. In addition, your name will be turned over to the Alaska Wildlife Troopers for enforcement action.
